The company has five office locations in the Midwest, an onshore IT development center and an offshore delivery center. The company’s diversified customer base includes the Insurance, Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors. It is looking to grow and is looking to acquire other staffing companies that serve Chicago area. Although our Client’s current focus is IT, besides IT companies, it is open to acquiring companies companies that serve other verticals such as Accounting, Healthcare, and Finance. Some of the requirements of our Client are: a. Profitable staffing company with revenues between $3-$6 million serving Chicago or Midwest area, b.
