Existing client base that generates ongoing revenue; c. On a vendor list with at least one large company with regular deployments; d. With resources that are deployed on staff augmentation projects; e. Strong reputation with existing clients. Our client is open to either an owner who wants to stay on but just doesn’t want the management responsibility or to owners who want a clean exit after a short transition.
